Reservations & Payments

• Your reservation is confirmed with a signed contract and deposit.
   
• Deposits are non-refundable but may apply to a future date if canceled in advance.
   
• Full payment is due before your event.
   

Cancellations

• Cancel 30+ days before your event for a partial credit toward a future date.
   
• Cancellations under 30 days, deposits are not refundable.
   

Event Access & Duration

• Rental times are based on your agreement. Extra time may be available for a fee.
   
• Please respect the scheduled start and end times.
   

Facility Use

• Guests and vendors must follow all rules.
   
• No smoking indoors; decorations must be pre-approved.
   
• The Ice House is not responsible for personal items left on-site.
   

Catering & Beverages

• Catering must be arranged through The Ice House or approved vendors.
   
• Menu selections and headcounts are due 14 days prior.
   
• 18% gratuity is added for staffed events; credit/debit cards include a 3.25% fee.
   
• Alcohol service must follow all laws; consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
   

Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage.
   
• The Ice House is not liable for personal injuries or lost property.
   

Cleanup

• The Ice House provides general cleaning.
   
• Guests/vendors are responsible for removing personal items and décor. Extra cleaning may incur a fee.
   

Agreement

• By booking, you agree to these guidelines. The Ice House may update policies with notice.
